Where does Afriluxe ship?
We ship across Canada, the United States and internationally. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.
Where are orders shipped from?
Afriluxe RTW is based in Toronto, Canada, and orders are shipped from Canada.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
In-stock orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $75.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost where supported. Available options will appear at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Afriluxe ships internationally. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my Afriluxe size?
Fit can vary depending on the silhouette, so check the measurements and fit notes on the individual product page before ordering.

Why do some Afriluxe pieces have flexible sizing?
Many of our designs feature relaxed silhouettes, elasticated waists, drawstrings or intentionally generous cuts. Each product page includes measurements and fit information to help you understand how that particular piece is designed to fit.
Are Afriluxe pieces made to measure?
Unless specifically stated on the product page, Afriluxe pieces are ready-to-wear and are not made to individual measurements.
Fabrics & Care
What fabrics does Afriluxe use?
Our collections feature distinctive African textiles including Adire, Ankara and Aso-Oke. The exact fabric used for each piece is listed in its product description.
What is Adire?
Adire is a traditional Nigerian resist-dyed textile with roots in Yoruba craftsmanship. Its distinctive patterns and dye techniques give the fabric much of its character.
What is Aso-Oke?
Aso-Oke is a traditional handwoven Yoruba textile from Nigeria. We incorporate it into contemporary pieces and details while allowing the texture and character of the cloth to remain part of the design.
How should I care for my Afriluxe pieces?
Care requirements vary by fabric and garment. Always follow the care instructions provided on the individual product page or garment.
For many pieces, gentle hand washing or spot cleaning and air drying are recommended.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with their tags attached and in their original packaging.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except when the return is due to a defect, damage or an error on our part.
Are sale items returnable?
No. Sale items, gift cards, fashion accessories and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Contact us before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and Toronto return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
For a different size or style, return the original eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos or videos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you to resolve it.
Shopping Afriluxe
Are Afriluxe pieces available in limited quantities?
Many of our pieces are produced in small quantities, and availability varies by collection. If you love something, check the product page for its current availability.
Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
Some styles return, while others are produced only for a particular collection or fabric run. Restocks and new releases are announced through our website, email and social channels.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. New email subscribers can receive 10% off, and we occasionally offer additional promotions throughout the year. Promotion terms and exclusions may vary.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
